As soon as the man heads up on stage in his iconic defunct-OS crop top, denim shorts, and a boat load of talent, the crowd goes crazy for WINDOWS95MAN. Inspired by retro beats and rave parties, he sent Finland into Eurovision victory for his performance of “No Rules!” featuring Henri Piispanen. Gaining massive acclaim for all-out Eurovision performance, the man’s artistic style and fascination for the ‘90s caught the eye of europop aficionados. My second thought, however, is "wow if he actually wins, perhaps he can afford to upgrade to Windows 11,” Young wrote.

John Oliver of “Last Week Tonight” rated Keisteri as his favorite Eurovision contestant — rating Windows95man a 14,000 out of 10. “A man with flowing blonde locks and pervert glasses hatching out of a denim egg? It’s like Botticelli’s 'Birth of Venus' — only this time, it’s actually good,” he said.

Though he finished last in Finland’s jury voting for the best pick to enter the contest, he won the audience televote by a massive landslide. Finland’s people definitely know what a star is. As the finishing champ, he’s got what it takes to make it big. We’re pretty sure he isn’t upgrading to Windows 11 just yet… Task Manager says he’s got a U.S. tour to do!
