Illinois-based pop-punks, REAL FRIENDS, are kicking off a massive FOREVER AND EVER AND EVER AND EVER TOUR. Expected to drop their new LP this October, the band has given a tease of what to expect — heavy bangers driven by “Waiting Room”, “When You Were Here”, “Our Love Was Like A Sad Song”, and “Never Has Become Always”. These tracks mark the beginning of the band’s new chapter, releasing music independently. Now, your voice and support is the only thing that matters, and they’re counting on you to join as they rock the stage.
Making their way to one of the nation’s hotspots for diverse music, the band is taking over NYC. Hitting the stage at the beloved IRVING PLAZA, it’s bound to be a concert experience like no other. Its ballroom-style hall makes it one of the “50 Best Concert Venues of America” by Complex City Guide. Every show at the plaza makes the earth shake as the crowd rocks it all out. With its iconic disco ball at the center of the dancefloor, the band’s infectious melodies will get you up on your feet.
Earlier this year, they kicked off a new slate of music releases with what might be their saddest song yet — “Waiting Room”. The heart-wrenching track opens with loss & grief of bad news, navigating these heavy feelings. “Today, the saddest and most important song we’ve ever written is out. This is for anyone who’s lost a loved one. This is Waiting Room,” they shared on social media.
A couple more releases after, they’re back with a heavy & fast track that fans have been clamoring for. “Never Has Become Always” marks their newest addition to teasing the new album out this fall. Independent from any label of sorts, they’re counting on all their fans to stream & support their newest hard-hitters. “Please share this. It helps us more than you know. We are releasing the new record ‘Blue Hour’ independently, so your voice means everything. You are our record label,” the band wrote on their socials.
In full control, they’re in charge of shaping their destiny — but all of you play an important part in making it happen. Every single stream and concert ticket will ensure that the band has got what it takes to make it big, on their own. As Blue Hour comes rushing through, we’re all set for a new era of relatable tales in all-out rocking anthems by Real Friends.
