About Maddox Batson 

Maddox Batson was born in Hermitage, Tennessee, and later relocated to Birmingham in Alabama. In 2022, he was diagnosed with Osgood-Schlatter disease, which made it difficult to play sports. Instead, he began experimenting with music alongside his father and posting clips to TikTok. Their cover of Dancing in the Sky by Sam Barber, went viral and racked up more than 1 million views!! From there, Maddox Batson was discovered by record execs and managers, Eddie Franzoni and Nick Barr. And in 2023, he took to the stage for the first time. 

Fast forward to the beginning of 2024 and Maddox Batson dropped his debut single, “Tears in the River.” In true Maddox Batson fashion, the song was a massive hit and entered the top 20 on Spotify's US Viral 50 chart. What’s more, the single went on to amass about 12 million global streams by the end of the year. His sophomore single, “I Wanna Know,” arrived in April 2024 and climbed to number 19 on YouTube's Trending page. Maddox Batson’s third song, “X's,” was released in September last year, and has more than a whopping 16 million global streams.

Seeing as he is one of the youngest artists to sign with Warner Records in partnership with Prosper Entertainment, it is obvious that Maddox Batson is undeniably talented.
