Fit For An Autopsy tickets

The Irving Plaza and heavy metal go like pastrami on rye. This tour that Fit For An Autopsy is embarking on is almost like a mini festival at every stop! Fit For An Autopsy will start out their “Nothing That Is” tour on October 18th. The next night, Saturday, October 19th, they have a date with the Irving Plaza! The tour is meant to promote their new album also titled “Nothing That Is.” There’s a twist to this, though: the official release date of the album is October 25th. While some singles are likely going to be out before then, if you head to the Plaza, you’ll hear all sorts of new music.

Speaking of music, you probably haven’t heard yet. Bodysnatcher is one of the bands going to be on tour with Fit For An Autopsy. They’ve got a new single out now, titled Infested, with a sick opening guitar line to make your ears bleed. The band’s been putting out a few singles that are probably part of a full album that may be fully released before they take the stage at the Irving Plaza.

DISTANT will also be on stage on October 18th. They’re all in on the heavy metal scene. It’s not just about the loud music and the screams with any of these bands. DISTANT in particular has a ton of experience playing venues like the Irving Plaza. Expect them to be completely willing to interact with those in the standing room area next to the stage.

Sylosis is another band that’s part of the show. They also have new material out! Their album is called A Sign Of Things To Come. That doesn’t mean that they won’t bust some of their hits, like “Heavy Is The Crown.” Conor Marshall’s going to be hitting that bass and flaunting his hair around as per usual. These guys are certainly worth a watch.

JUDICIARY is also going to be part of the experience. At this point, you get the picture! This is another pure heavy metal band with some amazing guitar lines. Hopefully, Fit For An Autopsy bring their own sound system; otherwise, what’s available at the Irving Plaza’s going to burst!

If you’re a heavy metal fan, it’s going to be hard to find a touring group of bands that’s better rounded than this one. Plus, the Irving Plaza is a great venue for these types of events. Click the get tickets button to be here on October 19th.

There’s something to be said about a band that loses their lead vocalist twice and is still able to rise from the ashes. It was 2008 when the project titled Fit For An Autopsy started out playing some bars and trying to make their way toward releasing their first album. After a couple of EPs and demos in the early years, in 2011, they finally put out their first album, “The Process of Human Extermination.” This process was with Nate Johnson, who has since led at least a few other bands and quit as well! Since 2015 it’s Joe Badolato who’s the lead vocalist. He’s been a part of 5 of the band’s seven albums. At this point, he’s solely recognized as the voice of Fit For An Autopsy. The turmoil has not deterred these guys from creating great music.

One reason they’re beloved as a band is the way they play on tour. On October 19th, the Plaza will be an ideal playground for them. The only question is, will you be tired from shaking your head and screaming at the top of your lungs when Fit For An Autopsy hits the stage? You have to keep in mind a few things before this Saturday night show. Doors are at 530pm, you want to be here early, particularly if you’re in the general admission area on the floor. The great thing about getting here early on this night is that you won’t only have decent spots near the stage, but every band is worth the watch. That’s not the case for every event here. Sometimes, you’ll have to stand through some pretty mediocre performances to be next to the stage when the headliners finally come out.

The aforementioned floor area is perhaps the best place to experience Fit For An Autopsy and every other band in this October 19th fest of a tour! If you want more room, or you can’t get here early that Saturday, finding a reserved spot in The Loft or The Rail may be the next best thing. Better click that get tickets button soon, though. The heavy metal fans of NYC and nearby areas are going to flock to the Plaza on this night, and for good reason.
