Bayside & The Sleeping at Irving Plaza

It’s been 25 years since Bayside sent out their very first demo tape. It all started when they handed the demo tape to fellow pop punkers New Found Glory. From there, the band was signed and released their first EP, but things didn’t truly begin until the release of their debut studio album, Sirens and Condolences. The success from this record was further enhanced when they followed it up with their second, self-titled record. All these years later, they still know how to rock it. Bayside is headed out on the tour schedule of a lifetime, and they’re bringing help. With shows lined up from February till the end of the year, they’ll be teaming up with the likes of Cold Years, Sincere Engineer, Smoking Popes and, of course, fellow NYC-based band, The Sleeping. Speaking of The Big Apple, the two will be performing at the one and only Irving Plaza on September 19th 2025, so you better be there! Tickets are on sale now, so get ‘em while you can.

Joining Bayside on their upcoming US run of anniversary shows is New York born and bred post-hardcore band, The Sleeping. Based in Long Island, the band formed in 2003 and have been active on and off since them. Most recently, they came back in 2022 and crowdfunded their newest album, I Feel Like I’m Becoming a Ghost. Now, they’re ready to hit the road with their New York pals, Bayside. The tour will be taking them all around the United States following Bayside’s other 2025 tours, starting with a date in Lake Buena Vista, FL on June 28th 2025. They’ll be concluding the run of shows with an appearance at The Paramount in Huntington, NY on the 26th of September, but you can see them when they head home for a show at the Irving Plaza right here in the city.
