Key Details

Lizzo In Real Life Tour

Irving Plaza is super excited to welcome Lizzo to the stage as she embarks on her 2025 Lizzo In Real Life Mini Tour, seeing the pop star make stops in Los Angeles, Minnesota, and New York City as she takes on the stage all by herself after a two year hiatus and complete makeover - new year new you new who, am i right besties?!

Lizzo is the pop world's number 1 queen who just can’t be held back. Born in the midwest with Detroit as her playground, Lizzo took up the flute as her first instrument of choice during her early years and classically trained for eight years. She eventually traded her recitals for rap bars, and picked up hip hop as a hobby when she was eighteen. Her name was inspired by rap legend Jay-Z’s hit song at the time, H.O.V.A. It took many ups and downs for Lizzo to breakthrough - but breakthrough she did, and when she popped, she did big time. After seeing success from her second album Big Grrrl Small World and officially getting critical acclaim under her belt, the rest was history.

Lizzo signed to Atlantic Records and found major airtime success with her release of her 2019 Cuz I Love You album. She then playd at Coachella, charting at the top of the Billboard 200, doing pop ups on TV and Netflix, and garnering millions of Tik Tok views that saw some of her sleeper hits get their due. She went on to release the mega hit Truth Hurts, which saw Lizzo earn her first number 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, and boosted all of her songs to Gold and Platinum certified records. Lizzo then toured extensively, hitting up the legendary stages at Glastonbury in the U.K., Sacramento Pride Fest, and Saturday Night Live to name a few. Lizzo has held on to this success and released platinum hits for her die hard fans ever since. She topped off her success with 3 Grammy Awards in 2020, and spent the early part of the pandemic working on her 2021 releases and a new era. Now - Lizzo is back with a whole new persona, and we have no idea what to expect. But she’s never let us down before, so we trust it’s going to be absolutely amazing and nothing but fire.

This mini tour is going to be oh so special and oh so intimate. Tickets are already sold out for most of the venues to be honest, but no worries, we got you! Grab yours right here, right now, and let’s enjoy the show! See you soon.
